Allied Research Buffed?
When looking at the tech tree for the UK (allies), I notice that Level 4 infantry is unlockable on Day 4, Level 5 on Day 8, Level 6 on Day 12, and Level 7 (Elite level) on Day 16. Has this recently been changed? I never remember the Allied doctrine being able to get L4 inf on day 4. Seems too good to be true...

Ok, thank you. Makes sense as I haven't played an Allied nation in quite some time loljubjub bird wrote:

As an infantry apologist this update was a godsend!
I might have to start playing Allied more often
The debuff for tactical bombers was a bit of an issue though. Still, Tac bombers are crazy powerful anyway
And the later levels are still available 2 days earlyCarking the 6th wrote:

They got buffed.
Not to mention the allied research cost reduction makes up for it in comparison to other doctrines.
Especially Axis. With Axis, resources like goods and metal usually run out fast.Carking the 6th wrote:

There was one game in HWW as Germany. I had stormed and take all of Europe, and now was single handedly taking on an American coalition. Things were rough. Even though I had 100k+ of every resource I ended up eating through my Metal and Oil quite fast. Things god desperate when they bombed my cities into oblivion. Thankfully an invasion of Asia meant I was close to winning. I was about to lose my whole Air Force that day, though I did a cheap tactic and bought an airstrip with gold. It didn’t matter through because I won that day, which meant I had basically wasted that gold! Karma got me there, that day.Brando Dilla wrote:
