Unfortunately not. Your aircraft units cannot land on or fly off the aircraft carriers of your allies, nor can the aircraft units of your allies land on or fly off your aircraft carriers.

That said, if you want to transport the aircraft of your ally across an ocean, he can always transfer temporary control of his aircraft units to you to land them on your carriers, or you can temporarily transfer control of your carriers to him. There is a huge advantage in time in being able to transfer aircraft units by carrier rather than an ocean-going convoy of aircraft, eliminating the embarkation and disembarkation time, moving at carrier speed (30 to 83 kmh) vs. convoy speed (27 kmh), and the added security of transporting your aircraft in a naval unit stack fully protected by naval unit escorts.
