Ally Capital and Unit Morale

If my units are waiting in capital of my ally will their morale increase ? or I must to pull back them to my capital ?

Land units must be in your own province to receive the 15% unit condition improvement at day change. Air units must be flying from or in one of your provinces. Naval units will heal any where.

Capital or another captured province is it important ?
