Am I wrongfully banned?

"Temporarily not available. Please try again later." This was the message i received after an anonymous player in my round kept antagonizing players in my round and said because I said the word "Mexico" very clearly referring to the country in the 100 player campaign that was relevant, I had said something racist and would be banned for 72 hours.

I have said nothing vulgar throughout the interactions and if anything his posts were the ones that were breaking rules of etiquette but I find it suspicious that he says I am banned and then this unavailability occurs shortly after.

I have read that COW staff would send an email regarding this but this would be a first time 'offense' if even that, given how tame my comments were. And I mean these were very tame, PG level at the worst. The staff sent an email that leads to the main site but again, ""Temporarily not available. Please try again later." So did this player do something or is this just how COW handles bans? Because the word Mexico shouldn't be subject to be, especially since I am veyr clearly talking about the country.

I would think that if you have received a ban of some sort there should have been a follow up email from a staff member, that would be the courteous thing to have happen anyway. Not sure how it goes though as I tend to stay out of the in game chat channels. You should be able to PM a game operator or even a forum mod could point you in the right direction to find out what is going on.
