An Amazing Update, or an Fantastic Bug???

I hopped on another 25 player historically accurate map again... except this time, it was different. You could play as countries previously unplayable: Saudi Arabia, Peru, New Zealand, Norway, Belgium, etc. Did Bytro finally hear my pleas for an amazing map balance, or is this just the luckiest bug I've ever encountered? Or is it both? Is there any chance we can just not fix it? Because I'm kinda loving it.

Anyway, back to my main question: was this intentional?
