you have to hold all 4 simultaneously for 3 days. If you lose one or more, and then recapture, the timer starts over.
There is no capital for the whole map. individual garrisons of AI have their own capitals.

Hello everybody,
I have one or two questions about the game Dominion - Antarctica.
According to the description, It stats that you have to keep 4 laboratories for 3 days. What exactly does that mean? Do I have to keep 4 laboratories at the same time for 3 days? Or, after holding a lab for 3 days, I can give it up and completely tackle another lab?
And what's the meaning of the capital of the whole Antarctica map?

When conquering a garrison. Does it must be the capital of it. Or all provinces of the Garrison. You need 4 Garrisons holding simultaneously for 3 days so which count's as 1 garrison

you need to hold at least four of the provinces that have research labs. There is an icon in each of the research labs that identifies it. No other provinces matter, when it comes to achieving the victory.
