heal small amounts of units

Anything I can do with a small amount of gold?
I've got about 350 gold left, and can't seem to find anything to do with it. Am I just stuck with this, or is there a way I can burn it in this game?
I'm not going to spend any more money to get more gold at this point. But, hate having it just sitting there in my account.

I usually reserve gold to when it is actually important, for example when I'm about to sleep and some building or troop have like 30 minutes left, I usually speed it to add a new one and make use of the long sleeping time.
Of course that is useless if you have an elite membership.
