Are Rocket Fighters the only units that can take out nukes?

Fighters, and AA both affect nuclear bombers. Missiles cannot be shot down by anything.

They said rocket fighters because they’re faster, thus have a higher chance of shooting nukes down before it hits

Whatever can reach it kills it. They are not the only unit, though.

Rocket fighters are best because they are fast enough but normal interseptors can do it just as well.
