I normally prefer the tank destroyer, basically just because it's faster, does more damage, and looks cooler. AT may be better if you need a lot fast, and for a defensive propose, but when you need it a stack, definitely TD.Pilgrim2 wrote:

tank destroyers, they are stronger, faster, and beeing hvy armor its very difficult from any type of tank to deal significant damage to the td

Attack bombers love killing heavy armour. eg TD's but don't fair as well against the AT with its stronger AA defence.
Both the TD and the AT have their own strenghts and use on different terrains.
EG the AT in hidden in urban provinces.

I prefer both! My reason is because you can lay the two to deal more damage and have more defense.

It really depends on the situation. With army stacks, AT's are just going to slow you down significantly. TD's are much better in stacks, but for defense, AT's are the way to go. With that being said, I'd still rather use TDs._Jonathan wrote:

Anti-Tank is an unarmoured unit that counters light armoured units.
Tank Destroyer is a heavy armoured unit that counters other heavy armoured units.
Anti-Tank compared with Tank Destroyers are like night and day.
