Attentive AI?

As I've been traipsing across the Pacific bombing all enemies to kingdom come with TB, I've noticed that the AI seems to be building hordes of AA and Int. Does the AI pay attention to what units players have been building and build units to counter them, or is this just coincidence?

Different AI specialize in different units, but I would say the majority go heavy on AA and INT by default and not as a reaction to a specific attack.

Ah, thanks, wasn't too sure.

Also, attentitive is a word?

The past is a foreign country.

Yeah, once you adjust the spelling *cough*, it means to pay attention or the likes. Something you clearly did not do in English classes :P

Nah, it's 'cos you misspelt it.

Did you guys forget to take your meds today?

I know the Elite AI will build fortifications if you mass on it's borders even if they don't have planes to see or spies to give info about what you have building up there. Is this coincidence as well?

Elite AI is a different story.

Yes, but isn't that still a case of the AI having information about your stuff without actually spying or scouting. It just simply knows ??

Possibly, or maybe it would do same thing with fewer troops near border, or maybe coincidence. Anyway, I assumed OP was talking about normal AI building INT and AA, which they tend to do a lot regardless.
