My friend who I play CoW with alot accoutn has been banned. However the reason for him being banned is apparently having two accounts, but he shouldn't be banned because he doesn't. We think the system thought that he has multiple accounts because of all of us being on the same school IP, that's the only reason we could think of. He is currently emailing customer support for an appeal to his ban. I just wnated to know, is there a faster way to get his account unbanned? We are currently in a game and I'd hate to have all of our friends start over because he has to make a new account.

Have them post at the above thread or to contact the person listed in the pm received, do not make any new account(s) as this is against the Terms of Service and will result in further action being taken on our end.
