Ban d'une partie privée

Bonjour,

Je me suis fait ban d'une partie privée que j'avais avec mes amis. Je me suis fait ban car un de mes amis était connecté en même temps que moi sur le serveur et sur le même réseau wifi. L'anti-triche m'as donc ban. Est-ce possible de me unban ? Et si oui, comment ?

I am seeing this in the English forum, not the French forum.

Their procedure might be different, but you should be able to use the link in my signature to send in a support ticket. Please give a detailed explanation.
