Thanks for the reports.

Please let me put this onto context, Yesterday I restored 75 accounts, during the month of October I have restored over 200 accounts manually after making checks that none of these accounts were/are cheating in rounds. Most of the bans have come as a direct result of the anti cheat disabeld rounds been treated as anti treat enabled rounds (which your dev team have fixed as well as people playing on school/public areas with the anti cehat disable option not disabled as well as those that did cheat in the past who received bans.

My goal has been to work all inncoent players and get them back as soon as possible, then sort those friends playing together and telling them what to do nex 9after I fix their accounts) then finally those that cheated get dealt with in private

This is a timely process and one I hope to have completed by this evening/Monday morning at the latest.

I am sorry for the inconviencnce but at least you know your support team and the person at the end of the mails you get is not a bot or system/bulksupply email program

I would now like to take this time to remind all that

Call of War uses a anti cheat system. This feature is in place to prevent one person joining the same game multiple with multiple accounts, thereby creating an unfair advantage. In order to maintain a fair game environment, the map settings cannot be change once a map has been started, and once the trigger has been set it cannot be reversed.
