Banned and No Help Resolving It

My friends and I were all playing in the same game at our school. We all use the school wi fi which I assume is why the ban came in. I emailed the admin that sent me the news that my account was banned saying I wished to contest the ban and I provided him a detailed and complete explanation of what happened and was able to get the others active players to all send an email as well. Its been over a day now and no response has come to any of us and I'm not sure what steps I can take to try to get all of our accounts unbanned. Honestly I wouldn't take things like this too seriously and I would just move on and make a new account, but I've been using this account for over a year and I've been relatively successful on it and I really don't want to lose my level or stats or gold. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly as I am involved in several games I wish to get back into.

Appeals for bans due to triggering the Anti-cheat system are handled in the order received. As this involves a careful investigation as to why you were detected by the Anti-cheat system these do take considerable time.

In any case, returning to the games that you were in that triggered the anti cheat ban will result in being banned again in relatively short order, so don't do that. If your appeal is successful it is best to archive all your current games, and if you are playing on a shared wifi network you need to create a game with the anti cheat feature disabled.

Creating a new account to get around a ban is not allowed, and can result in the loss of all your accounts permanently.
