Appeals for bans due to triggering the Anti-cheat system are handled in the order received. As this involves a careful investigation as to why you were detected by the Anti-cheat system these do take considerable time.
In any case, returning to the games that you were in that triggered the anti cheat ban will result in being banned again in relatively short order, so don't do that. If your appeal is successful it is best to archive all your current games, and if you are playing on a shared wifi network you need to create a game with the anti cheat feature disabled.
Creating a new account to get around a ban is not allowed, and can result in the loss of all your accounts permanently.
