Basically no one joining the world at war map

As a small sample, yesterday and the day before there were 16 and 15 world at war maps started and filled. I don't know if you consider that too few, but that means they must fill up reasonably fast. That's an average of someone joining a waw map every 50 seconds over a 24 hour period.
