An island nation of some sort, perhaps New Zealand, you will have to deal with australia probably invading you but you get a 4 barrel oil province which is great for a navy

Best country to build up navy for 100 Player?
As the titles says. I really like building a navy. I'm looking to try a 100 player map. Which country's do you recommend for that?

As it happened in the second world war, the United Kingdom is a perfect country to dominate the seas, other Nations with which you can dominate the seas can be Japan or New Zealand.

Yea I was looking at new zealand but there are only 2 food provinces.

Unfortuantely max those countrys only have 1 oil province. Is there any with 2 or more?
