Yes, if they direct attack the location of the hidden units. Same with ranged fire.

Bomber planes and Stealth Units
Can they give damage without seeing them ?
It would be weird a bit

If a hidden unit is under the splash radius of a weapon system, it will also get dmg ( the radius is usually same size as a province middle circle - nukes have larger radius )
