Bonuses for New Players

I heard that new players get several bonuses or boosts for a while. Does anyone know what exactly those are?

From what I understand from chatting around (it's been 3 years since I've played the tutorial, and idk if I even played that match)

- 25% economy boost.

- 1 Medium tank + Option of another medium or mech infantry

- Missions that grant cards and gold.
