Break morale of ennemy

Hello,

Long war against Japan, I am Manchukuo, it's just so difficult, every 1 unit I loose I must kill like 10 to have a fair ratio. The only resource I have is Money and nothing to buy on the market.

Is there any form of spy that breaks the morale on the ennemy side? I want to have a morale war now so I can grab some of his unoccupied territory without moving everywhere.

Why is a 10:1 kill-to-loss ratio so bad?

Not bad, just not enough. Japan has a very good economy, he can afford building medium tanks. I make big economy to have 1 tactical bomber. 206/h of goods and 181/h of iron as we speak.

economic sabotage spies try to reduce resource production and morale

"To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women . . . ."

Spies are very OP. By 3/4 point in a game I'll have around 100 spies (not all used every turn). Remember the name of the game is "make the other player quit". A couple allies with 300 spies can produce a "F%^& this" from even a large enemy.

This is in 50 and 100 maps, never played the small ones.

You must be very good at generating money income ---- 100 spies costs $1.5 million to recruit, and $400,000 per day for any kind of sabotage. I'm very good at developing resource production, and I don't usually see that kind of money income until Day 45+ or later. A lot of 22-player games and those on smaller maps are over long before anyone generates that kind of income.

In the lower player games the money would be tough. I have never played anything under 50 man maps. In the 100 man game it's easy to roll a million+ a day depending on allies and careful morale control in a couple weeks. You're also not using them everyday and usually part of an alliance smash.
