Bugs in speed round ?

first bug I saw on computer

my two province has level 1 infrastructure and level 1 factory

I looked production times for tactical bomber

first city capital ıt seems 6 hours

second city ıt seems 7.30 hours

second bug on phone my research remain time seems 4 hours but on computer seems 55 minutes

for 1: possibly there will be an active barrack in the one province..?

for 1 and 2: possibly not up-to-date data connection - close all of CoW, delete cache and cookies, then try again..

there is a computer AI in speed round I dont see a red point on soldier ıt ıs white ıs thıs a bug ? or player deleted account ?
