When you look at a unit's stats under: "Strength against armour class" the red icon shows the typical damage that unit will do to buildings. Units do vary as to how much damage they do to buildings.

Building Damage
How exactly does this work. I understand that when any unit takes a province it takes damage. My question though is do some units do more damage to a province than others. For example would an army of tanks do more damage as opposed to infantry.
