All my L2 Infrastructures are rotting, across all games. Can't be spies. Too early for that kind of non-essential expense.
What's causing the degradation of my L2 Infrastructures? Do they have to have something else L2 to support them, upkeep them? None of my resources are in negative production. I don't understand this.
See the release notes for the latest game upgrade: several constructions (barracks, aurbases, naval bases and infrastructure) have been reduced from maximum level 5 to level 3, and existing constructions have been downgraded in proportion. The benefits gained from existing levels of construction have not changed, just the level and completeness.
These were only ever Lvl 2 Infrastructures. They were completed. Today when I logged on, most of them were 50% damaged, but not every province. Is that from the downgrade?
