Also, you said MT should not be used in a main assault. In this image, I took a nice hunk of Germany with 6 MT leaving the enemy forces in my dust and trying to catch up(I am playing against a friend).

Not really, they are available on day 8 and I think you said early game is days 1-15.

Further problems with the guide. Sandevot was right about the guide only really being good in Europe. It says that arty and RG are bad, this is very incorrect in the Med map. Since you are already at war, you need to immediately start killing ships and troops. This is key at Tobruk where the Italians have a fortified position. You need to immediately start firing on this with arty and you can't use your fleets since you need to set about knocking out the Italian fleet, invade Sicily and shut down the Strait of Gibraltar.

As for the RG, it comes in handy grabbing much needed grain from Romania.

Heya Czar! Been reading your doc again and found an example discussing the French and you as Italy.....wondering if that French player was me? Sure sounds about right!? ;p

To gain a better understanding of how things work I have been trying a couple of things contrary to your manuals doctrine. To me, it's important to see how things play out even if they are not the wisest choices.... after all, "The reverse side also has a reverse side."

The manual is goof to start off with but it is best to make your own tactics.
