as rockets, nuclear rockets can't be shot to your own territory.

Can a Nuclear rocket be detonated on your own territory?
As we are all aware the basic rocket cannot be deployed against your own territory. If there is an enemy sitting in my province on my territory, I cannot use my rockets to destroy that enemy because you CANNOT rocket attack your own territory.
MY Question:
Is that the same rule for Nuclear rockets? Can you nuke rocket your own territory unlike a basic rocket?
Please help me with this question,. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I appreciate that. So they are very limited in what they can achieve. Although i can see advantages and disadvantages, Ideally though one can place ones army onto the opponents territory 50km from the border. Thus forcing them to either transfer that province to an ally or wait like a cat until you take it. By which time you may be onto the nekt province.
