The tactical-L4 thing is about 1.0, the old version which is fased out. Most games are version 1.5 now, where ALL levels of attacks bombers, tactical bombers, naval bombers and interceptors can operate from carriers.

Can Attack Bombers land on Aircraft Carriers?
I've searched for a while yet I still haven't found the answer to this question. Everything only talks about tactical bombers at level 4, but never attack bombers.
