Can carrier level 4 carry tac bombers?

I’ve seen on some threads that aircraft carriers can carry only interceptors and naval bombers, but once you get to lvl.4, it can carry tactical bombers. I looked under the description of aircraft carrier lvl.4 and it said nothing about being able to carry tac bombers and it just said interceptor and naval bomber. I want to know if you can carry tactical bombers on aircraft carrier lvl.4, I don’t want to spend all the rare materials and find out that it doesn’t work.

A carrier of any level can carry all carrier based aircraft.

Tactical bombers levels one through three are not carrier capable. Once you research tactical bombers to level 4 they are powerful enough for carrier operations.

A key sentence. Thus, we are to understand that once tac bombers reach level 4 they can go in any carrier from level 1 on? ...

Ah, i was in the world of confusion. So... only Level 4 tac bomber can operate on carriers but level 4 AC cannot operate TAC bombers level 1-3
