I once soloed both France and Italy at the same time with Germany. I then defeated the Netherlands, France and Italy attacking from their colonies, Yugoslavia, a U.S. naval Invasion and the USSR attacking me. I had Persia, India and Egypt for help.

the invading from colonies part is so annoying I swear. Portugal has 2 infantry only at start. LOL

Air and Naval support, combined with troops.

Fr*nce can hold off the Germans for quite the while if they use their forts and ordinance units correctly. I’d they hold long enough that real British support can arrive, it turns to a war of attrition that Germany will always lose.

I was in a hww once where the only two countrys left in Europe were france and the ussr. France had managed to kill off uk + germany somehow while russia took scandi and Eastern Europe.
