Can someone be kicked out of COW if the continually use Racist remarks?

Yes the certainly can! You should report them! They should get banned fairly quickly.

If you send a support ticket, should do the trick.

Message one of the mods on here with screenshots etc and they'll deal with it. Hope you get the help you need

lower right corner of the game, press support option, this will bring you to multiple option, choose report player and then choose abusive and toxic behaviour. they may ask you to describe the circumstances and attach screenshot.

this explains why majority of CoW players online almost every time, turns out they were retired old man. I remember semi-retired man beat me in 1 vs 1 tournament, I just can't caught up with his online time

Also I was in a bombing and after a few years the VA Dr told me to play games and picked COW
