Are you trying to join an existing game or create a new game. If creating there is a news article that came out last week stating all 40+ players maps will only be created by Bytro. You can only join those maps. I believe this in an effort to conserve server space and get the maps to fill with active players. See the news article "Unite the Home Front" for further details.
