am I the only one that can't start a new game at the moment ???
I'm having the same issue. When I select the game I just joined, the loading screen comes up, but never moves on to the game map. This happens on both desktop and mobile. I've been trying for several hours.
Did you ever get on to your game?
No, it is the same and dont have any help from support, I see only the loading page, the game never comes up...
I try 3 new games and they all do the same.
I just renew HC for 12 month, if after 2.0 on the 19 july the game do the same, I will ask for my money back
Well that should get them thinking of fixing your account. I'm glad I joined first and realized because I was going to buy HC as well.
I have played 13 or so games, signed up for pioneers but didn't play in any games so I was demoted. Maybe that had something to do with it?
