Can't Reply To Manual Thread
Can't seem to reply to a thread in manual, and I wanna counter some of the points OP wrote. Is it a bug? Seems like other active people on the forums cannot either, seeing as no-one except a few recruits replied...

I can’t on any either. Unnoble. In fact I can’t even make a new thread. This along with polls is weird and just doesn’t help the forums.
