Nuclear Rocket or Nuclear bomber? Rocket might miss but I've destroyed some ships with Nuclear bombers before.

Can you nuke naval units?
In one of my games, there is a 10-stack of battleships that is really annoying. I have 3 nukes. Would I be able to drop one on the battleship stack?

Yea you can. Just make sure there aren't a lot of cruisers or air units in the area, they can shoot it down.
