while building up airbase to 2 ıt needs still 12 hours to complete If I cancel it to build barracks after I completed barracks and keep with airbase to 2 will it keep from 12 hours ?
If you have just started building the airbase and you cancel it then yes you will have to start from the beginning but if you have constructed the airbase at least a bit e.g. at least an hour then it won't start from the beginning but will resume construction from where you left it
its not 100% exactly where you left it. The last hit point completed is all that remains. So if you had say half an hour over that last hit point, you would lose that amount of resources worth of construction. Usually not much, close enough. Usually worth it to get the thing you need built now done, and come back.
and if you conquered cities check for production and construction, if it is not something you can use, or production takes long, then cancel them and regain resources
