There are some delays with the game loading following the update earlier today. The Developers are working to correct the issue so that all players can access without delays.
When loading the app you need to use the “login” button as clicking the “play” button will create a new account.
You will need to delete the app and reinstall it to reach the “login” screen again.
As I said above, logging in and loading games is extremely slow in some cases at this point in time. You may have better luck waiting a few hours and trying again, or keep an eye on the forum for posts about this delay being resolved.

I don't play the mobile app, so I have no app to delete, 6 hours trying to log on now. Frustration is beginning to escalate.

Deleting the app was a very specific instruction for the very very very specific issue where the user above created a new account accidentally. This is not related to the general slowness in server response to logins or game opening earlier today. The server slowness has since been resolved.

why exactly cant you log in? does it say your usernsme is incorrect or is it loading endlessly or is taking you in a loop

Have you tried different browsers or devices..cause this problem is on your end.Most other players and I can all log in normally
