I suddenly cant log into my account
its name is Turing alpho
it also gave me a new account in the game

I mean you forgot every detail that you should know to login...
In this case I would say contact support to try and convince them that you are the actual owner of the account so they give you one time access to change your pass or email or smthn.
Edit: I hate writing from mobile ignore the font size...

And, when u use a email to create an account, the email can’t be reused for creating another account

Use a private or incognito window and visit call of war.com. Open the login menu in the upper right corner and select the forgot password link. In this window you only enter the email which is associated with your account and a link will be sent to your email.

when u sign up with mobile, they wont ask u to sign up with email.NANAN wrote:

Once u r in, u should have pressed “more” then “account”.
Scroll down and u can enter your email.
