When I build a capitol does it stay built until the flag disappears ? It seems like once it`s built I don`t see it any more..I`m a bit confused about how capitals work.
You have a starting capitol every time you start the game. You can move it to other city, if for example it's too close to your frontlines.
You do that by building it in another city. When the building time is done, you should see the flag moving from the previous capitol to the new one

No, your first capital building is for free when you start a new game. In many games, there's no need to move it and you don't need to ever start a new capital building.forrestgump007 wrote:

thanks..I`m assuming i`m making a mistake if my capitol falls and I don`t build a new on somewhere else ?
Yeah, in that case you should build a new one.
