If enemy has 200 K Oil Resource and If I capture all provinces of him Can I get 200 K Oil ?

Not necessarily, when you take a non-core province, you only get 25% of what the other owner use to get.

I don think you get the 200k oil but you get a chunk of it which is a really huge bonus

you dont get anything. only monies form taking the capitol. rsources you get none except 25% from what the conquered provinces make.

Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.
