Catalónia Independence (Independencia Catalónica)
Hello, i was wondering if catalónia can be independent in the world war map. They have several fake/former nations there so i see no problem with adding catalónia.

In World at War, most of the small to medium sized nations weren't balkanized; instead being left as one nation, playable or not. The way I see it, this suggestion would be like making Sicily independent from Italy, or Bavaria independent from Germany.
