Figured out how to do it. One of my friends trolled him and said that his coalition members confirmed that he multi accounts, and he admitted it...
Hopefully Bytro has someone monitoring the email on weekends.

Caught 2 account user. How to report?
I noticed that Yugoslavia took Greece with 0 casualties, but the moment I start taking Greek land in Turkey, a 14 stack came to start fighting. Thought it was very suspect so I bought country info, and what do you know, Greece also gave Yugoslavia all his resources. How do I report this? Username and screenshots are in the imgur link: (I tried using the insert image link for the forum but it wasn't working)

I'm the guy who trolled the multi-accounter and this is where he admits it. This should be the strongest piece of evidence that he multi-accounts.

If you follow the instructions as Outlaw828 posted, you'll have no issues. Please remember not to post the player name or game number publicly so there are no false allegations made until this can be checked out
