Chances for Revolt

I know there are many, many factors that govern whether a captured province with 'low' morale revolts, including luck... The issue is clarifying what 'low' morale means...

QUESTION: What is the approximate percentage for morale above which revolt becomes impossible? That is, when can one safely move friendly troops out (and on to other jobs), and not worry about the territory revolting?

It seems that a province below 30% morale has a good chance of revolting, whether or not the morale is currently rising...

But what about provinces in the range 30-39%?... And 40-49% range?...

I'm hoping for comments and shared experiences from a number of players. Thank you.

The cut off is 30%. Higher than that is safe.

Usually, i just let the provinces do whatever they want, it is day 12 in my WaW and only 1 province has ever revolted so far, so the chance of revolt is not that high.

You can view a given province's chance of revolt if you hover over the province's morale while on the PC version, or in the province's info tab on mobile.

It's a 14% chance for a 25% morale province (i.e. a just-captured province)

Provinces of 31% morale or higher have no chance of revolting.
