Message a moderator to request a name change

Change of name
I have not picked a good username (Uss America) i want to change it to something like WarMaster or sth fancy. I could not find name change in the settings, where am i supposed to shange my name? would i have to start a new account? 
( i dont want to, cause i' m tech. 4th grade)
