Hello, my nickname doesn’t suit me and I’d like to change it back... Will it be possible for an administrator to change my nickname or do I have to start the game again?

You can go to the account settings and change your name once by enter a new username then hit save. If you have already used this you will have to submit a support ticket and give 3 new names in order of preference. We can change names only every so often so if you have already had support change your name it might not be possible again at this time.
Creating a new account to change your name is against the rules as that would mean you would have more then one account. Doing this can result in one or both of those accounts being disabled.

What happens if you delete your account and create another one? Does it count as having 2?

As long as the first is fully deleted before creating a new account, that does not count as having multiple accounts.

When I checked my account settings for the change name option, I didnt see it, and I've never changed my name before, is this some sort of bug where I cant see the option, or do I need administrative assistance?

If you started your account on mobile you were assigned a username such as user012345678. If you changed it from that to something else that counts as your one name change.

can we have another chance to change name cos like i changed it once and screwed up rly badly
