I forgot my password and clicked on the forgot password link. It says my username is user2346647 although it's actually theultimate11. Is this a bug :V?
It seems that you created a second account, user2346647, possibly on accident from an Android device, and used your email address on it.
You did not associate an email address with the ultimate 11
So it appears that our system is operating properly to me.
So should I delete that account and make my gmail my old one?
Yes, since you can access the user2346647 account you can delete it.
However there is not an email address associated with your TheUltimate11 account at all, so that won't resolve your password recovery issue. If you have access to TheUltimate11 account on any device you should add an email address to it, and recover your password that way. You will need to use an email that has not been used on any Bytro game previously.

If you are logged in to that account you can change your email without entering your password
You can then recover your password from the login page of a private/incognito window.
