Im new to this game - learning, but i think ive found a bug or something.
in the bottom-left is the chat screen. I can type my messages OK & see the replies, however my new messages appear at the bottom of the list of text. When someone replies, their messages appear at the bottom.
The problem is - that every few minutes, the chat screen goes / scrolls to the TOP of the chat & i have to scroll back down to see any replies.
Can this be changed / fixed.
a) if im on the bottom of the list - it "locks" to the bottom, so that any new messages are displayed & i can read them.
b) if i manually scroll up - then any auto-scroll is turned off - it keeps showing the same text (no scrolling) until i manually scroll or go back to the bottom, then the auto-scroll is turned back on.

- Didnt work. Deleted cache for last week. closed browser, Re-opened browser & logged in (increasing width of the chat screen).
same problem. It still goes back to the top of the text.

Had a reply from helpdesk - Its a known issue & being fixed. No timeframe advised.

Try deleting all cache, not just the past week.
And if that still doesn't help you will have to wait for the fix.
