Cheating Accusations
I have been playing a map recently, and there is a large coalition that is accusing me of cheating. They said they're going to report me and that they have friends who are admins. I am not cheating, but I am still concerned about it because the same thing happened to me on Supremacy 1914. I got reported by people who said they were "friends with admins" and after a few posts on the forum and on reddit, I couldn't join a match without someone saying I was the cheater they saw on a post. It made the game not fun to play and i eventually quit. I enjoy Call of War a lot more, and really don't want it to happen to me. If they actually do have admin friends, are they allowed to post and attack someone over a game?

I wouldn't worry too much about mods; first because they are severely understaffed, and second because there's no proof that you did anything wrong at all. All trolls will always say that they are "friends with staff" but the volunteer section at Bytro is actually using pretty high moral standards and nepotism sure isn't part of that. Don't worry too much about badmouthing too much as well; it happens all the time and as we all know the internet is a place where people say things they would never say in real life. I'm a non-golder on principle, but I play pretty well and the people I'm beating often accuse me of coining, simply because they can't understand how it is possible to grow so fast. It also soothes their ego; when they tell themselves they have lost to a coiner it isn't so bad anymore, it is not because they were too stupid or too noobish. Just ignore their messages, block them on discord, and show them who is best by winning the map.
Agreed with Rokossovski.
Also, in regards to this:
- very difficult to fight cuz I can't remove share map from a dead person.
You can't do that when he's completely gone and doesn't appear in the list anymore.
yeah, I can't change relations with them because they have no land, they're dead and don't appear on the diplomacy tab. they would have to accept a trade for peace, and they definitely aren't going to do that.
Then how can he see the map???
This sounds like a bug. It should work like when you "spectate" a game.
Well it doesn't. You can still log in and see the map with all the shares you have.
its incredibly annoying, but i suppose it could also be a good strat, befriend someone whos about to die, tell them to get share map with someone, and then ask them for screenshots. the next annoying not-quite-cheating playstyle????
Seems situational, not really worth it.
Seems like cheating, i'm going to file a report.
do it, it isn't really cheating since they have it in the game. My guess is they made it that way so you could trade a province to a dead person. They can still text, buy resources, use gold, accept trades, etc. They are essentially the same as a player that's still alive, but without provinces. So they have no resources, and they can't build on land...but they can use gold for resources and trade for land. I believe they can also use spies with gold-bought cash.
Thats the problem, they are a dead person who can do whatever they want.RayFireYT wrote:

they have elevated themselves to a higher plane of existence. Their powers to reach beyond the grave strike fear into even the most seasoned war veteran.
I also have a question unrelated to the topic. If I catch carriers in the ocean and attack them, while they are attacking, can planes still launch from them or are they grounded?
Planes can launch.
well that's unfortunate, certainly makes this more difficult
It makes sense though.
