Asked many time before, and the answer is No.
Only in team games can combined scores be used for victory conditions.
If your follow-up question is: "Then what is the point of coalitions?"

Coalition Victory
This has probably been asked before but for a coalition to claim victory do they just need to add all members points together until they reach the victory goal or does 1 member themselves have to reach this?
