You should know if you play the games for a short while. WAW = 5, HWAW = 3 Europe I think is 3 and NAm is 4 IIRC.

1. click on the "spectate"-button (eye-symbol) of a game you're interested in, in the following the game will be loaded
2. click on the "coalitions"-button (left side of the game window), then you see the coalitions founded in the game
3. in the column "members", you can see the number of members a coalition is consisting of AND how many members are allowed in a coalition(e.g., "1/3": one member in a coalition of a maximum of three members)
The "search" takes one minute at a max and is safer than the official game description -especially for the new games-, where failures occur.
