Odd on the Army Bar's "Status Area" I know that this fist Is supposed to represent Damage, But What I also know is that that Fist Represents Communism/Socialism 
and I'm curious to know why This Symbol was chosen to represent the Damage Area,If any of you have a clue or know the Answer to this question It would be great if you could answer it!
A fist,you use a fist to punch,a fist also represents power and unity,all your fingers for a mighty fist,hence all people unite to create a mighty army,the fist represents power and i guess a breakthrough in a way (not enemy line breakthrough)

Yes, I understand that point. But They could have used a different fist other than the exact one the Communist Political System uses.
the nations with russian weapons in the game , will have this logo in the status bar , those who have german weapons have red and black logo , with japanese weapons red sun , allies weapons allies logo , you got it ? your nation's weapons are russian .
The symbol of Communism is and allways was historically the Hammer and Sickle.

You are misinformed or confused with the Socialist "Fist with a Rose"
The fist used in the game means "power" used in many countries and different cultures.
Maybe a game official admin/moderator could answer you better
