Computer vs Inactive Players

Kind of a stupid question. So are Computer and Inactive players the same thing? Is there a difference between the two? I would like to know if Algeria would have stronger army than 200 units after 29 days, before I send half my troops to invade.Forum attachment

Of course, a country played by a player before being taken on by the computer can have a better building structure and more meaningful units than a country led by AI from the beginning, but the AI is equally smart stupid in both cases. ;)

Effectively, yes.

However, inactive players may return to the game unless they have been removed. As a practical matter, most inactive players never return.

You can still farm points off of Inactive players though

As Montana said, inactives rarely return. Occasionally, it does happen.
