No. Only ground units may capture, occupy and garrison a province. You can drive a ground convoy of aircraft or rocket units through the center of an enemy province and those units will not capture the province.SilkFang wrote:

Rockets cannot conquer provinces, only land units can. However, (I'm not 100% sure) but I think a province that gets hit by a rocket gets a decrease in morale. If the morale is low enough, they may rebel and join your nation. But in the traditional way, no.
That is correct. All rocket attacks, artillery and naval gunfire bombardments, and airstrikes decrease the morale of the target province. The impacts on provincial morale vary widely, from the almost imperceptible effects of an airstrike by an interceptor squadron to the instant 50- to 70-point drop caused by a nuclear detonation (which has a lingering negative 30-point impact effect for lingering radiation for 3 days thereafter).Jherin wrote:

I have a picture here to prove that you can drive a rocket convoy to a province, but cannot capture it.
